Center for Wellness at Lutheran Home
The Center for Wellness was designed to enhance the medical services offered on the Lutheran Home campus by providing internists as well as a broad spectrum of specialty physicians. Having a suite of well-respected medical professionals onsite allows individuals to begin, or return, for outpatient therapy at the Center for Wellness and maintain a consistent continuity of care. The Center’s physicians offer services for Lutheran Home and Luther Village residents, MyRehab patients and the surrounding community. Similar to an urgent care clinic, our internal medicine physicians are available for same day appointments. Complimentary transportation is provided for Luther Village residents.
